5 and things as should be Objected against him on his Lordships Behalfe &.a and do not stand and abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereupon and is not in the Mean time of the good behaviour towards his said Lordship and all his good people and do depart the same Court without Leave thereof then &a Likewise the said William Walton is ordered to give security for the payment of the Several Officers their Fees due by means of the premisses afd thereupon a Certain James Martin of Somerset County Gent present here in Court in his proper person undertook for the said William Walton for to pay the Severall Officers Fees due by Occasion of the premisses afd &a Whereas by Order of this Court made November Last for us the Subscribers to View a Certain Road Stoped by Thomas Newbold which hath for a long time been Used by John Perkins to pass thro' the Lands of the said Newbold these are therefore to Certifie to the Court that upon a view of the said Road as it now is turned to be much to the Prejudice and Inconveniency of the said Perkins and that it is necessary that there should be a Continuance of the old road the said Perkins making a good and Sufficient pair of Barrs or gate at his Own Election and Charges and the said Perkins to have the Liberty of Carting and riding along the way he formerly used so long as he shall maintaine and Keep the said Barrs or gate secure so that the said Newbold be no ways damnified by the said Perkins neglect in not keeping the said Gate or barrs secure as aforesaid march the 21.st : 1734/5 Jn.o Scott W.m Lane Rob.t Jenckins Henry Ballances to somerset County s d 4th August 1733 Ann Samuells Exrx of Richard Samuells D.r By disbursments allowed £16..11..10 To the deceds estate then accounted for £103..3..½ To be secured and disposed accord to law and the decds will 86..11..2½ Robert Collier of Somrset Coty Sureties £103..3..0½ & To Martha Samuells her Legacy £6..1..
