day of the return of the said writt Cometh ^the said^ Amos Woodward by William Beckingham
his Attorney and the Sher of Somerset County to whom the foregoing
writt was directed likewise cometh and maketh return thereof to the Court here
Endorsed in these words following Vizt

To the Justices within mentioned I certifie that on the first day of March in the
year Seventeen hundred and thirty four at Somerset County ^I^ attached the
sums within mentioned in the hands of Esther White Ex.rx of the testament
and last will of William White late of the same County dec.d and at the same
time and place made known by Francis Porter and John Doe good and lawfull
men of my bailywick that she should be and appear at the day and place
within contained to shew cause as is therein mentioned so answers

          And the said Esther White Executrix as afd by George Douglas her attorney Comes and saith
that he Cannot gainsay but that the said Ester at the Execution of the afd William White hath of
the rights and Creditts of the aforesaid Nathaniel Watson to the Value of Twenty pounds Curr.t money
nor Can he say but that the same ought to be Condemned in the hands of the same Esther for the use of
the aforesaid Amos Woodward as of the rights and Credits of the said Nathaniel Watson and not
more   Whereupon the said Amos ^by his attorney afd^ prays that the afd twenty pounds Curr.t money so as afd Confessed my
be Condemned in the hands of the aforesaid Esther as Executrix of the afd William as of the rights
and Creditts of the afd Nathaniel towards satisfying unto the said Amos his damages and all
Costs & Charges accrewing by means of the attachment afd &c

                      Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the afd twenty pounds Currant
money of maryland so as aforesaid Confessed be Condemned in the hands of the aforesaid
Esther White Executrix of the afd William White dec.d as of the rights and Creditts of the said Nat
Watson Towards Satisfying unto the said Amos Woodward his damages and all Costs and Charges
accrewing by means of the attachment afd and that the said Amos Woodward have thereof
Execution according to act of assembly &.a  and as to the Residue of the said thirty pounds ^& one thousand pounds of tob.o^ so
as afd attached the said Esther pleads Nulla bona &a
