Dom 1734 To M.r Thomas Hayward Cll of Som.rt County David Wilson Pursuant to an act of assembly in this province now in force and in Obediance to the abovesaid preceipt was Issued the following attachment against the goods Chattells rights or Creditts of Nathaniel Watson the tenour of which writt followeth in these words vizt Somerset ss Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the provinces of Maryland and avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &.a To the Sher of Somrset County Greeting we Command you that you Attach any of the goods Chattles rights or Credits of Nathaniel Watson late of Somerset County Merchant if they shall be found in your bailywick to the value of thirty pounds Current money and one thousand pounds of tobacco and when you have the same so Attached or any part thereof the same in your Custody safe keep so that you have the same before our Justices of our County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of March next then and there to be Condemned According to Act of Assembly to and for the use of a certain Amos Woodward of the City of Annapolis Merchant unless the said Nathaniel Watson by himself or his Attorney shall appear and answer unto the said Amos Woodward of plea of trespass upon the case &.a According to law and and that by good and Lawfull men of your bailywick you make known unto the person or persons in whose hands you make the same Attachment that he she or they be and Appear before our Justices of our County Court to be held as af.d to shew cause if any he she or they have why the same goods Chattles rights or Credits so attached in his her or their hands ought not to be Condemned and Execution thereof had and made according to act of Assembly in such case made and provided if to him her or them which shall seem meet and how you shall Execute this Writt that you make ^known^ unto our said Justices at the day and place af.d and have you then and there this Writt Wittness Robert King Gent Chief Justice of our said Court the twenty seventh day of Novem in the twentieth Year of our Dominion &c Ann Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty four Att which said third tuesday of March to wit the Eighteenth day of the same month Ann Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty four being the (day |
