(to witt) Francis White to Capt John Handy & John Lorwell to Elgate Hitch their Masters &c


James Duffey appears here before the Lordships Justices of Oyer and terminer and Goal
delivery for the County afd in his proper person under Custody of Joseph McClester Gent
Sheriffe of the County afd into whose Custody before that time was Committed and being by the
said Sheriff sett to the barr &c  Thereupon the Said James Duffey by the Justices afd is Committed
to the afd Sherr there to remain &c the said sher present took Charge of him accordingly &c


John Sheldon of Somerset County Gent appointed Sal Cler of this Court by Thos Hayward Cler appointed
as appears by the Commission &c who is approved of he taking the Severall Oaths to the Governm.t
with the oath of Sub Cler and Subscribing the oath of abjuration & test &c  Thereupon the said John
Sheldon takes the Severall Oath to the Governm.t directed by act of assembly and the oath of Sub Cler
and Subscribed the Oath of Abjuration & test and is admitted to the office &c


John Kellum and Whittington King Constables Sworn as Bailiffes to attend the Grand Jury &c

by Order of Court W.m Kitchen, John Scarbrough, Petter Taylor, John Follows Francis Allen
Jun.r William Stevens Joseph MaClester, Francis Porter Rob.t Geddes and Teague Riggin are
sumoned to Testifie Immediately for his Lordship against Wonney MaClemmey on two bills
of Indictment Each &c

Allen Junr Wm Stevens Joseph McClester Francis Porter Robert Geddes and Teague Riggin
were Sumoned and Sworn to Testifie for his Lordship Immediately on two Bills of Indictment
