Intending and the said Richard and Elizabeth & Each of them since the death of the said George fraudulently
Intending the said Duncan in that part Craftilly and Subtilly to deceive and defraud the
afd Eleven pounds and Seven Shillings and two pence to the said George in his Life did not pay and
the said Elizabeth while she was Sole to whom administration of the goods and Chattells of the said
George after his death ^was^ in due form of Law was Committed and the said Richard and Elizabeth after
Espousals between them Celebrated or either of them to the same Duncan have not paid or him for the
same in any sort contented but the same to him to pay they and Every of them have refused and the said
richard and Elizabeth the Same to him to pay still doe refuse altho' the Same to the said Duncan to
pay the said George in his lifetime to witt the day and Year first above written at the County
afd and Often after that time by the said Duncan was required and the said Eliz.a after the
death of the said George and Administration ^as^ afd Committed which she was Sole afterwards
to witt on the first day of May Anno Dom seventeen hundred and thirty four at the County
afd and often since that time the same to the said Duncan to pay by the said Duncan was
required and the afd and the said Richard and Eliza since their Intermarriage to witt
on the fourth day of april Anno Dom seventeen hundred thirty and six at the County afd and
often since that time the same to the said Duncan to pay by the same Duncan have been
required  Whereupon the said Duncan says he is damnified twenty two pounds Curr.t money
of Maryland and thereof he brings suit &c                        pledges &c   Jno Doe
