King by their attorneys afd  And Whereupon the said Capell prays further leave thereof to Imparle
here untill next Court and he hath it and the same day is given to the afd Richard Chambers here
also &c

    Att which said next Court to witt the sixteenth day of November Anno Dom one thousand seven
hundred and thirty six Came againe as well the afd Richard Chambers as the afd Capell King
by their attorneys afd  And whereupon the same Capell as before defends the force and Injury
when &c  and Saith that he Cannot Gainsay the action afd of the afd Richard nor
but that the Writing Obligatory afd is the deed of the Same Benjamin King nor but that the ought
Debt therein mentioned is yet due and unsatisfied nor Can he Say but that the Same Richard
Ought to recover his debt to be Levied of the goods and Chattells ^which were^ of the Same Benjamin ^at ye time of his death^ when
ever here after they should Come to his hands to be administred &c

          Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd Richard Chambers Recover
against the afd Capell King Executor of the afd Benjamin King his debt afd to the afd ten
pounds Eight Shillings and Eight pence in Cash or Bills of Exchange and his damages
by Occasion of the detention of that Same Debt to Two hundred and Ninty Six
296                  pounds of tobacco to the Same Richard of his assent by the Court here
adjudged to be Levied of the goods and Chattells which were of the afd Benjamin
at the time of his death and when ever the same should Come to the hands of the same
Capell to be ^hereafter^ administred and the afd Capell in mercy &c


Ordered that William Dure Recover against John Murray Sixty pounds of tob.a
being due unto him for his attendance two days as an Evidence on behalfe of the said
John Murray against Hugh Gilmore he having made Oath to the Same &c


Ordered by the Court that Charles Ramsey pay unto Joseph Taylor four hundred
and Eighty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance Sixteen days as
an Evidence on behalfe of the said Charles Ramsey against Robert Mccfarline he having
made oath to the Same &c


Ordered by the Court here that John Long and Christopher Mallin ^recover^ Sixty pounds
of tobacco Each against Hugh Gilmore for their attendance two days Each on behalfe of
the said Hugh Gilmore against John Murray they having made oath to the same
&c


Ordered by the Court here that Lawrence Edds Recover against Rebecca Obryan Ninty
pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his wifes attendance three days as an Evidence on behalf
