271 Att which said third Tuesday of November to witt the Sixteenth day of the Same month anno Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty Six the Said Charles Dickerson altho' at the Same day being Solemnly Called brings not in the body of the Same Mary Mayho but makes default &c
sum of thirty pounds Currt money of Maryland due to be levied on their goods and Chattels Lands and tenements for the use of his said Lordship if fail in the Condition here aftermentioned The Condition of the above Recognizance is such that if the above named George MccClester doe make his Personall appearance before the Justices of our said County Court to be held at dividing Creek the 3.d Tuesday of November Next to answer unto all such Matters and things as shall be Objected against him Concerning the Compound^ing^ a felloney with a Certain Isaac Parker on behalf of his said Lordship and to stand and abide the Judgment of the said Court and in the mean time to be of the good behaviour and not depart the Court without leave then the above Recognizance to be void otherwise to stand in force and vertue in the Law John Handy Afterwards to witt the third Tuesday of November to witt the Sixteenth day of the Same month anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Six Came the Same George McClester in his proper person according to a Certain Recognizance by him and his Security before acknowledged and prays that his appearance may be recorded to save himselfe and Security from the recognizance afd &c Thereupon the said George MccClesters appearance is recorded and he and his Security accordingly discharged &c
afd in the County afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court in and upon a Certain Mary Macfarling of the same County in the peace of God and of ^the^ said Lord proprietary then and there being with force and arms an assault did make and the same Mary then and there did beat wound and Evilly treat so that of her life it was much despaired and other harms to her then and there did to the great damage of the same Mary and against the peace of the said Lord proprietary that now is his good rule and Goverment &c Tests Mary Mcfarline Mitchell Dashiell On the foregoing Bill of Indictment it was thus Endorsed |
