God that about thirty years agoe that the gutt making up near by the hous formerly belonging to Levin Woollford
dec.d and now in possesion of Samuel Willson was then called the Great paster Gutt and the paster
fence came down to the head of the said Gutt and the fence was posts and rales and the Gutt now
called that Goes up to John Wollfords house was then called Woolfords Creek and that Levin Wollford
told him that his land came to a cow hole that was near the head of ^the^ Gutt called the Great
paster gutt and further saith not   as Witness our hands and seals             Wm Jones   (seal)

       Then was William Bozman brought before us the Subscribers he being about fifty nine years
of age and gave his corporall oath on the holy evangilist of almighty God that was sence his
remembrance the gutt making up by the house formily belonging to Levin Woolford now in
possession of Samuel Wilson was Called the great paster Gutt and that there was always
a fence came down to the head of the said Gutt on posts and rales and that where was a cow hole
at the head of the said Gutt and further saith not as Witness our hands and seals   Wm Jones         (seal)

Edward Round James Round and Edmond Hough all of Somerset County
Gent Greeting know ye that we have appointed you or any three or two of you to be our Commissioners
to Examine Evidences on behalfe of a Certain William Hall and Robert Hall of the County afd in relation to
the bounds of a tract of Land Called the head of Saint Lawrences Neck  Wee therefore require you or any
three or two of you at some time and place as to you or any three or two of you shall seem Convenient you
meet on the af.d land called the head of S.t Lawrences Neck (You first having taken you
your Oaths on the holy evangelist of almighty God According to Act of assembly in such case
made and provided) and there cause to come before you or any three or two of you all such
Evidences as shall be to you or any three or two of you Nominated by the said complainent or
def.t if any and that you or any three or two of you Examine them upon their Corporall oaths
to be by you or any three or two of you Administred on the holy Evangelist of almighty God in
the presents of the complainent or def.t if any touching the truth or Rememberance of their
knowledge or any thing that may Relate to the cause af.d and that redueing the severall
depositions into writing you send the same together with this our Commission under your or any
three or two of your or any three or two of your hands and seals to us to our Count Court of
Somerset with all Convenient spe^e^d Wittness John Smith Gen.t one of our Justices of our said
Court the twentieth day of March Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty five

       On the Backside of the foregoing Commission it was thus Endorsed vizt  June the 10.th 1736  This day Came
