202 in the hands of the afd Edward William and Thomas Shiles as of the rights & Creditts of the afd Thomas Gray and that the flatt afd attached of the Value of fifty Shillings Curr.t money be Condemned as the proper goods and Chattells of the afd Thomas Gray &a Thereupon Francis Allen of Somerset County Gent present herein Court undertook for the said William MccClemmey according to act of assembly that in Case the said Thomas Gray do at any time within a year and a day appear and make all or any part of the said Thomas Gra William MccClemmeys Claim against him appear to be satisfied or Otherwise to have Been undue before the Laying of the attachment afd that then the Said William McClemmey Shall make restitution unto him the said Thomas Gray of all or Such part thereof as shall ^be made^ appear ^to be^ undue &a or that the the said Francis Allen Will do the same for him Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the afd Sum of Six shillings p.t of the Sum attached and Confessed be Condemned in the hands of the said Edward William and the afd Sum of fifty Shillings Curr.t money part of the Sum attached and Confessed be Condemned in the hands of Thomas Shiles and the afd Flatt of the Value of fifty Shillings Curr.t money be Condemned as the goods and Chattles Rights and Creditts of the afd Thomas Gray towards Satisfying unto the said William MccClemmey as well the afd Sum of Seven pound Seven Shillings & Eleven pence Curr.t money as also all Costs and Charges accrewing upon the writt of attachment afd and that the said W.m MccClemmey have thereof Execution according to act of assembly &a Memorand.m Edward Williams & Thomas Shiles Garnishees as afd Voluntarily takes their oath that they had noe more of the Effects of Thos Grays than they have Confessed Likewise Robert Collier an other of the Garnishees Voluntarily takes his Oath that he hath none of the Effects of the said Thomas Grays in his hands &a &a Richard Phillips appears & Imparles &a
