Lordships Justices for the County of Somerset the above named Robert Bolton and made oath on
the holy Evangelist of Almighty God that the above account is a Just and true Copy of the Account
Stated Settled and Signed by Wrixom Crapper in his book and that he hath not since received any
part or parcell thereof nor any Satisfaction or Security for the same to the best of his
knowledge December y.e 13th 1734   Sworn before me                           Jam.s Martin

And the af.d Wrixham Crapper by George Douglas his attorney Comes and defends the force & Injury
when &.a and prays Leave thereof to Imparle hereuntill next Court and he hath it and the same day
is given to the aforesaid Robert herealso &.a

    Att which said next Court to witt the Eighteenth day of March Ann Dom One thousand Seven
hundred and thirty four Came again as well the af.d Robert Bolton as the af.d Wrixham Crapper
by their attorneys af.d and thereupon the said Wrixham Crapper as before defends the force &
Injury when &.a and saith that he Cannot gainsay the action af.d of the af.d Robert Bolton
nor can he say but that he did assume upon himself in manner and form as the af.d Robert
^Bolton^ above against him hath Complained and as to the damage of the same Robert by him by occasion
of the premisses in that part Sustained the same Wrrixham saith and Confesseth that the af.d
Robert hath sustained damages by occasion of the premisses beyond his Costs and Charges by him
about his Suit in that part Apposed to three pounds one Shilling and three pence Currant
money of Maryland and not more and because the af.d Robert deny's not this but the same
allegation Confesseth to be true prays Judgment for those damages above Confessed together
with his Costs and Charges aforesaid to him to be adjudged &.a

    Therefore by Consent of the parties af.d it is Considered that the aforesaid Robert Bolton
Recover against the af.d Wrixham Crapper his damages af.d to the af.d three pounds one
Shilling and three pence Current money of maryland in form af.d Confessed as also Two
240   hundred and forty                                pounds of tobacco for his Costs and Charges
af.d to the same Robert Bolton by the Court here and Consent of the parties aforesaid
adjudged and the af.d defendant in mercy &.a

^Somerset ss.t^ Edmond Mason late of Somerset County planter was attached to
answer to Duncan Murray of a plea of trepass upon the Case &.a
And whereupon the said Duncan by Geo: Douglas his attorney
Complains that whereas the said Edmond on the first day of November
Ann Dom Seventeen hundred and thirty four at the County aforesaid
was indebted to the said Duncan in the Sum of Six pounds fifteen Shillings Current Money of
