198 Dennis doth not gainsay Whereupon At the prayer of the fad John Dennis by his attorney fad the Court here Valued the fad three pounds Curr.t money so as fad attached and Confessed by the fad Francis Porter to be worth six hundred pounds of tobacco &a thereupon the said John Dennis by his attorney fad prays that upon giveing Security according to act of assembly the Severall goods and Chattells so as fad attaches to the value of Nine pounds two shillings Curr.t money and Five thousand and five pounds of tobo and three pounds in the hands of the fad Francis Porter may be all Condemned as of the goods goods and Chattells Rights and Creditts of the fad John Donelson towards Satisfying unto the the said John Dennis Jun.r his damages and all Costs and Charges accrewing by meanes of the attachment fad &a Thereupon William Lane of Somerset County Gent present herein Court in his proper person undertook for the said John Dennis Jun.r according to act of assembly in such Case provided that in Case the said John Donelson do at any time within a year and a day appear and make all or any part of the said John Dennis's Claim against him appear to be satisfied or otherwise to have been undue before the Laying of this attachment that then the said John Dennis shall make restitution unto him the said John Donelson of all or such part thereof as shall be made appear to be undue &.a or that he the said William Lane will do it for him &a Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the Severall goods goods and Chattells so as fad attached to the Value of Nine pounds two shilling Curr.t money and five thousand and five pounds of tob.o be Condemned as of the goods and Chattells of the same John Donelson towards satisfying unto the said John Dennis Jun.r as well his damages as all Costs and Charges accrewing upon the writ of attachment fad and that he have thereof his Execution according to act og assembly &a Likewise it is Considered by the Justice here that the fad sum of three pounds Curr.t money so as fad attached and Confessed (valued as fad by the Court here to Six hundred pounds of tobacco) be Condemned in the hands of the said Francis Porter as of the Rights and Creditts of the said John Donelson towards Satisfying unto the said John Dennis Jun.r his damages afd as all his Costs and Charges accrewing upon the writt of attachment afd & that he have thereof his Execution according to act of assembly &a
