value of nine pounds two shillings for the use of John Dennis Jun.r and five thousand One hundred
and Five pounds of tobacco which further appears by a shedule hereunto annexed and them have
Caused to be appraised in due form of Law and I further Certifie that I attached in the hands of
Francis Porter to the Value of three pounds Curr.t money and by Littleton Townsend and
John Doe good and Lawfull men of my Bailywick made known unto him that he Should be

Whereupon the afd Francis Porter Garnishee of the
afd John Donelson appears in his Own proper person
and says that he Cannot gainsay but that he has of the
Rights and Creditts of the same John Donelson in his
hands to the value of the afd three pounds so as afd
attached nor Can he Say but that the Same ought
to be Condemned in his hands for the use of the
Said John Dennis as of the Rights and Creditts of the said John Donelson which the said John
