        James Duffey
    Command was given to the Sherriff of Somerset County that
he should take James Duffey late of Somerset Taylor otherwise
called James Duffey of Dorchester County Taylor if he should
be found in his bailywick and him should safe keep so that he
might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset
to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of November then next to satisfie
John Woollford as well a Certain debt of Fourteen pounds Curr.t Silver money of
Maryland which the same John Woollford in our Court before our Justices at
dividing Creek af.d recovered against him as of three hundred & two pounds of
tobacco which to y.e same John in our same Court were adjudged for his damages
which he had by Occasion of y.e detention of that same debt whereof the same
James Duffey is Convict &.a                              Att which said third Tuesday of
November to witt the Eighteenth day of the same month Ann: Dom: One thousand
Seven hundred and thirty five being the day of the return of the said writt cometh
the said John Woolford by William Beckingham his attorney and the Sheriff
of Somerset County to witt Joseph McClester Gent at the same day came
and makes return that he had taken the said James Duffey and him detained in
Custody to satisfie the said John Woolford his debt and damages af.d as by the preceipt
af.d he was Commanded &.a  Whereupon the said Sheriff to witt Joseph M.cClester
Gent at the same day altho' Solemnly called brings not in the body of the
said James Duffey according to the return of his writt aforesaid but makes
default &.a

    Comand was given to the sheriff of Somerset County that he Should take Aaron
Lynn if he should be found in his bailywick and him should safe keep so that he
                might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at
    dividing Creek the third Tuesday of November then next to Satisfie John Collins of two hundred
    ^and Eight^ pounds of tobacco which ^to^ the same John Collins in the same Court before the Justices thereof at dividing
    Creek in the County afd by discretion of the same Justices were adjudged for his Costs and Charges which
    he sustained in a Certain plea of trespass upon the Case in the Same Court Impetrated according to the form
    of the statute thereof made and provided against parties plantiffs which their writts in such manner
    of pleas do not prosecute or in the Same should be precluded whereof the same Aaron Lynn is
    Convict &a                 
                            Att which said third Tuesday of November to witt the Eighteenth
day of the same month Ann: Dom: One thousand Seven hundred and thirty five
being the day of the return of the said writt cometh the said John Collins by Francis
Allen his attorney and the Sheriff of Somerset County to witt Joseph M.cClester
Gent at the same day came and makes return that he had taken the said Aaron
Lynn and him detained in Custody to satisfie the said John Collins his Cost and
Charges af.d as by the preceipt af.d he was Commanded &.a
