(110) said John Dennis Jn.r nor in any manner howsoever made him Satisfaction for the same altho the said John Bell hath been thereto required by the said John Dennis Jun.r afterwards (to wit on the same day and year abovementioned & often afterwards at Somerset County aforesaid; but that the said John Bell hitherto hath & still doth refuse so to do whereupon the said John Dennis Jn.r is damnyfied and hath damage to y.e Value of thirty three p.ds Eight Shill.s and ten pence like money & thereof he brings Suit &.a Pledges dep Jn.o Doe Rd Roe
forme as the aforesaid John Dennis Jun.r above against him hath complained and as to the damage of the same John Dennis Jun.r by him by Occasion of the premisses in that part Sustained the same John Bell saith and Confesseth that the af.d John Dennis Jun.r hath sustained damages by Occasion of the premisses beyond his Costs and Charges by him about his suit in that part apposed to Seven pounds ten Shillings and seven pence Current money of maryland and not more and because the afores.d John Dennis Jun.r deny's not this but the same allegation Confesseth to be true prays Judgment for those damages above Confessed together with his Costs and Charges af.d to him to be adjudged &.a Therefore by Consent of the parties af.d it is Considered ^by y.e Court here^ that 215 the af.d John Dennis Jun.r recover against the af.d John Bell his damages af.d to the af.d Seven pounds tenn Shillings & Eleven pence in form af.d Confessed as also Two hundred & thirty Seven pounds of tobacco for his Costs & Charges af.d to the same John Dennis Jun.r by y.e Court here & Consent of y.e parties af.d adjudged and y.e af.d defendant in Mercy &.a |
