Andrew Thompson by their attorneys afd and whereupon the Said Andrew saith that the afd John
Tunstall Condemnation of the premisses so as afd attached in his hands to have Ought not because
    he saith that he the said Andrew hath not nor at the day of the Laying the attachment afd in his
    hands had any of the goods and Chattells Rights or Credetts of the Said Hugh Arbuthnot dec.d and
    this he is Ready to verifie wherefore he prays Judgm.t if the afd John Condemnation of the premisses
    so as afd in his hands attached ought not &a

             And the said John saith that he by any thing by the said Andrew from having Condemnation
    of the premisses so as afd ^in his hands^ attached ought not to be barred because he Saith that the
    said Andrew at the time of the attachment afd had Sundry Goods and Chattels Rights and Credits
    of the said Hugh Arbuthnot in his hands and this he prays may be Inquired of by the Country &a

                Whereupon the said Andrew Thompson Garnishe as afd relinquisheth his verification
    verification afd by him above alledged and saith that he Cannot Gainsay but that he has of
    the Rights and Creditts of the said Hugh Arbuthnot dec.d to the Value of fifteen pounds five
Shillings Sterling nor Can he Say but that the Same Ought to be Condemned in his and hands for
the Use of the said John Tunstall as of the rights and Creditts of the said Hugh Arbuthnot dec.d
which ye said plft doth not gainsay &a

                   Whereupon the same John Tunstall prays that the afd Sum of fifteen pounds five
Shillings Sterling money so as afd Confessed by the afd Andrew Thompson as of the rights and Credits
of the said Hugh Arbuthnot dec.d may be Condemned in the hands of the afd Andrew Thompson
towards Satisfying unto the him his damages and Costs &a

          Therefore it is Considered that the afd sum of fifteen pounds five Shillings Sterling
money part of ^the^ sum attached and Confessed as afd be Condemned in the hands of the Said Andw
Thompson as of the Rights and Creditts of the afd Hugh Arbuthnot dec.d to and for the Use of
the afd John Tunstall also it is Considered that the afd John Tunstall recover against the afd
271   Andrew Thompson Two hundred & Seventy One              pounds of tobacco for his Costs
and Charges to the Same John by the Court here of his assent according to his act of assembly in Such
Case provided adjudged &a

 Somerset ss    William Andrews Late of Somerset County Gentleman was attached
to answer unto Theodore Bere of a plea of trespass upon the case
And whereupon the sd Theodore Bere by Francis Allen his
attorney Complains that whereas he the said Theodore the
Seventeenth day of August Anno Dominie seventeen hundred and thirty two
at Somerset County aforesaid within the Jurisdiction of this Court was possessed
of three hogsheads of Tobacco weighing neat seventeen hundred and twenty
six pounds of the Value of Seventeen pounds five Shillings currant money of
Maryland as of his proper goods and chattles and being so thereof possessed the
