as it is said still depends before you our said Justices undetermined and we being willing for divers
Causes that the plea afd undetermined as afd should be heard and determined before the Justices of our Provinciall
Court   Therefore we Command you that you have the body of the said Nicholas Hodgson by whatsoever
name he be Called in the plea afd together with the day and Cause of his Caption and detainer
and all things thereunto relating before the Justices of Our prov.ll Court to be held at annapolis the third
Tuesday of October next that Our Justices of Our said Provinciall Court may further proceed thereas
to Justice appertaines &.c hereof fail not at your perill and have you then and there this writt
Witness Levin Gale Esq.r Chief Justice of Our Prov.ll Court  the Eighteenth day of may in the Ninteenth
Year of Our dominion &.c Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred & thirty three

             Which being Read and heard It is Ordered by the Court here that a full Transcript
of the proceedings in the plea afd be made and sent according to the tenor and Command of
the writt afd &.c

pse  Isaiah Quatermus
 Command was Given to the the Sher of Somerset County
that he should Take Isaiah Quatermus Late of Somerset
County planter if he Should be found in his Balywick
and him should Safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his
Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing Creek the Third Tuesday of
June then Next to Answer unto John Purnall Late sher of a plea of Trespass
upon the Case &.c and that there of he should not fail &.c
                                                                                           Whereupon the
said John by Francis Allen his Attorney Complains against the aforesaid
Isaiah in the plea aforesaid as follows Viz.t
Somerset County ss   Isaiah Quartermus late of Somerset County planter was attached to
                                     answer unto John Purnall of a plea of Trespass upon the Case

And Whereupon the said John by Francis Allen his attorney Complains that
    Whereas the said Isaiah the second day of May Anno Dom Seventeen hundred &
    thirty two at Somerset County aforesaid within the Jurr of this Court was
    Indebted unto the said John in Eight hundred and five pounds of Tob.o as by a Certain
    Note hereunto Annexed by the said Isaiah signed dated the day and year aforesaid
    and hereunto annexed may in Court appear and being so thereof Indebted the
    said Isaiah in Consideration thereof the day and year aforesaid at the County afs.d
    upon himself did assume and to the Said John then and there did faithfully Promise
    that he the said Isaiah the said Eight hundred and five pounds of Tob.o to the said
    John when he should be afterwards thereunto requested he would well and
    faithfully pay and Content and altho the Said Isaiah Forty four pounds of Tobo
    parcell of the aforesaid Eight hundred and five pounds of Tob.o to the said John
    he hath paid and satisfyed yett as to seven hundred and sixty one pounds
