hands Ought not to be Condemned and Execution thereof had made according to act of assembly in Such Case
made and provided if to him her or them it shall Seem meet and how you shall Execute this writt that you make known unto
Our said Justices at the day and place afd and have you then and there this writt Wittness Robert King Gent Chiefe
Justice of Our Said Court the twenty fourth day of august in the ninteenth Year of our dominion &a anno Dom One thousand
Seven hundred and thirty three

       Att Which said third tuesday of November to witt the twentieth day of the Same month Anno Dom one
One thousand Seven hundred and thirty three being the day of the return of the Said Writt Cometh the said Robert
Geddes by Francis Allen his attorney and the sher of Somerset County to whom the foregoeing writt was directed
Likewise Cometh and maketh return thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words following viz.t  By Vertue
of the within writt to me directed to the Justices of Somerset County Court I do Certifie that on the fifteenth
day of October One thousand Seven hundred and thirty three I did attach of the goods and Chattells of a Certain
John Duncan for the use of Robert Geddes to the Value of Seven pounds Seven shillings and three pence
Currant mony of Maryland and four hundred pounds of tobacco in the hands of Thomas Purnall as by a Schedule
to the afd writt annexed so answers                                                Joshua Caldwell sher

          A shedule of the goods of John Dunkins appraised as followeth
To 1 Chest
To 3 Holland Shirtts
To 6 D.o
To 5 Stock
To 5 D.o old
To 1 Napkin
To 5 yds of tape
To 1 Cotton hammock
To 1 Benyan
To 2 Old Coats

These are to Certifie that we the appraisers being Somoned
and Sworn did appraise the above goods of John Dunkin for
the use of Robert Geddes given under our hands this 11.th day

       Whereupon the said Thomas Purnall Garnishee of the afd John Duncan altho' Solemnly Called
Comes not but makes default nor shew Cause why &a

             thereupon the said Robert Geddes by his attorney afd prays that upon giving Security according
to act of assembly in Such Case provided that the afd Goods and Chattells of the Value of Seven pounds
Seven shillings and three pence Currant money of Maryland and four hundred pounds of tobacco so as afd attached
as of the goods and Chattells of the afd John Duncan may be Condemned in the hands of the afd Thomas
Purnall towards Satisfying unto the said Robert Geddes his damages and Costs and Charges about his Suit &a

             Whereupon a Certain John Shedon of Somerset County Gent present here in Court undertakes
for the said Robert Geddes according to act of assembly that if In Case the said John Duncan do at any
