    The petition afd being Read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had

                Whereupon it is Considered that the afd Robert Mitchell have Liberty and turn the Road
as by the petition aforesaid is praid he first making the new road as good and passable as the old &a

     To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County the petition of James Cherricks
humbly sheweth that Whereas your petitioner being Lame and decriped in
    his Leggs and Joynts and Other misfortunes and ill Circumstances attending prays that your
    Worships will Charitably Look upon him and as you find Your petitioner an object of Charity
    Humbly prays that you will set him tax free and for which Liber^ali^ty towards him your poor
    petitioner as in duty bound shall Ever pray

          The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood   Wherefore it is Considered by the
    Justices here that the afd James Cherricks be discharged from paying of taxes for the future as by
    the petition aforesaid is praid &a


Mitchell Dashiell

Geo: W.m & Mary Nicholson
Mitchel Dashiell of Somerset County Gent present here in Court
in his proper person is appointed by the Same Court as Guardian
unto George Nicholson, William Nicholson, and Margarett Nicholson orphans
    of John Nicholson Late of Somerset County dec.d which said Orphans are under the age
    of fourteen Years &a   and it is ordered by the Court here that the said Mitchell Dashiell take into
    his Care and possession all the Estate of the afd Orphans both Reall and personall and Likewise
    that he give Security for to Comply with the Guardian ship afd &a

                Whereupon the said Mitchell Dashiell with Majr George Dashiell his Security both
    present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves to be Indebted unto the
    the afd George Nicholson, William Nicholson and Margarett Nicholson orphans afd and Each of them in
    the Sum of Fifty pounds Sterling of their goods and Chattells Lands and tenements Joyntly and
    Severally to the Use of the Said George, William and Marg.t Nicholson their heirs and assignes
    if it Happen that the aforesaid Mitchell Dashiell do not Comply with the Law in relation to
    the Guardian ship afd and do not deliver up unto the afd George, William and Margarett Nicholson
    their heirs or assignes or Guardian or Guardians all their Estate Reall and personall that he shall
    have in his hands and possession peaceably and quietly when ever the same shall be Legally required
   

       Christopher Dowdle appointed Overseer of the Roads Wickacomoco hundred for
       the Ensuing Year in stead of Thomas Brereton &a
