August Court               1733               (65)

    Samuel Reah by his Attorney afs.d is Adjudged to Give Special Bail to the
    Action aforesaid thereupon a Certain Levin Gale of Somerset County Gent
    Present here in Court assumed upon himself and Undertook for the said
    Richd Waters that if in Case the said Samuel Reah should Recover Judgm.t
    in the plea afs.d against the said Richd Waters or that the said Richd Waters
    should be therein Convict that then he the said Richd Waters should pay the
    Condemnation of the Court thereupon or Render his Body to the Custody of the
    Sher of Somerset County in Satisfaction thereof or that he the said Levin
    Gale will do the same for him

                                                                     And thereupon the said Richd
    Waters prays that the afs.d Samuel Reah may Give security for Costs in
    Case non Suit be Obtained against him in the plea afores.d which is by the
    Court here Granted  Thereupon Edwd Cluff of Somerset County Blacksmith
    present here in Court in his Proper person Undertakes for the said Saml
    Reah that in Case he be Nonsuited in the plea afs.d or Otherwise Legally
    Cast that then the said Samuel Reah shall pay the Condemnation of
    the Court thereupon and all Costs Accrewing unto the said Rich.d
    Waters or that he the said Edw.d Cluff will do the same for him &ca
    Thereupon the said Rich.d Waters by William Beckingham his attorny
    afs.d Comes and Defends the force and Injury when &ca and prays Leave
    thereof to Imparle here Untill next Court and he hath it and the same day
    is Given to the afs.d Sam.l Reah here also &c.a
                                                                    Att which said Next Court to witt
    the Twentyeth day of March Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred
    and thirty two Came again as well the afs.d Samuel Reah as the afs.d Richd Waters
    by their Attorneys aforesaid and thereupon the said Rich.d Waters prays further
    Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court and he hath it and the same
    day is Given to the aforesaid Saml here also &ca
                                                                               Att which said Next Court
    to witt the Nineteenth day of June Anno Dom one thousand seven hund'd
    and thirty three Came againe as well the afores.d Sam.l Reah as the aforesaid
    Richd Waters by their Attorneys aforesaid and thereupon the said Richd Waters
    prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court and he hath it
    and the same day is given to the aforesaid Samuel here also &ca
                                                                                                    Att which said
    next Court to witt the Twenty first Day of August Anno Dom one thousand
    seven hundred and thirty three Came again as well the aforesaid Samuel Reah
