                                 Personally appeared before
Me the subscriber one of the Justices of the Right
Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry for the County of Somerset
the Above Names Robt Bolton and Made oath
Upon the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God that the
Above Acct is Just and True and that he hath recd
no part or parcell of the same More then he
hath Given Credit for and that there is due to him
upon the ballance of the said acc.t one hundred &
three pounds sixteen shills and two pence Currant
Mony and that the Said Rob.t Holland hath not any
Acct against him the said Robt Bolton whereby he
Can Charge him with the Value of the said Debt
or any part thereof

           Att which said third Tuesday of June to witt
    the ninteenth day of the Same month anno Dom One
                                                                                 Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came the said Robert
                    Bolton by his attorney afd and the sherr of Somerset County to whom the foregoeing writt was directed likewise
        Comes and makes return thereof to the Court here Endorsed vizt Non Est Inventus short note Left
                                                                                                                                              p Joshua Caldwell sher

                                           Whereupon the said Robert Bolton by his attorney afd prays that for as much
        as he has Complyed with the Law in order to an attachment he may have Judgm.t against the Said
        Robert Holland for his damages afd by wa of attachment according to act of assembly &.c

          Whereupon for that it seems to the Court here that the said Robert Bolton has Complyed with the
       Law as alledged
                                            Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the said Robert Bolton
       Recover against the afd Robert Holland the sume of one hundred and three pounds sixteen shillings
       and two pence Currant money of Maryland his damages by Occasion of the premisses afd as also
       all Costs and Charges by the ^said^ plft Laid OUt and Expended about his Suit by way of attachment against
438 the goods Chattells Rights or Creditts of the said Robert Holland according to act of assembly in Such
       Case made and provided &c

take Rob.t Holland late of Somerset County Merch.t if he should be
found in his Balywick and him should Safe keep so that he Should have
his Body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at
