       June Court                   1733               (51)

and Mary by the Court here according to the form of the Statute in such Case Lately made and provided of
their assent adjudged and that the afd William and Mary have thereof Execution &.a


          Priamus a negro Boy of Mr John Handy is adjudged by the Court to the age of Eleven years
this Term &a

          Ruld by the Court that the great Bridge at the head of Pocomoke be kept up & repaired and
that Mess.rs John Scott, James Martin, and William Lane meet at a Certain Time by them to be appoined
between this and August Court next and agree with Some person or persons to put the great Bridge afd in good
Repair and the same Bridge so keep for twenty years and that the undertaker or undertakers of the
said Bridge at the Expiration of the term afd Leave the said Bridge Substantiall and good &.a & they
to make their Report to next Court &.a







                                     The Court adjourns untill the third Tuesday in August
