       he would well and faithfully pay and Content   Nevertheless the said Robt holland his several
       Promises and Assumptions aforesaid Inform aforesaid Made Nothing Regarding but Plotting and
       fraudulently Intending the Said Rob.t Bolton in that part Craftily and Subtilly to deceive and
       Defraud the Said several Sums of Mony in the whole Amounting to One hundred and
       three pounds sixteen Shill.s and two pence to the Said Rob.t Bolton altho the Same to Do
       the said Robt Holland by the said Rob.t Bolton on the afs.d thirtieth Day of March in the
       Year aforesaid and often afterwards at Somersett County aforesaid he was thereunto
       Requested hath not paid or Contented but the Same to him hitherto to pay or Content hath
       Refused and still doth Refuse and Deny to the Damage of the said Rob.t Bolton of
       One hundred and fifty pounds money aforesaid and thereupon he brings Suit &c.a   Jno Doe
