    Allen her Attorney and the Sher of Somerset County to Witt Joshua Caldwell Gent at
    the Same Day Returned that he by Virtue of the writt aforesaid to him Directed had
    made known unto the aforesaid James Shirley by Joshua Merril and David
    Polk honest and Lawfull men of his Balywick that he be and appear before his
    Said Lordships Justices at the Day and Place aforesaid to shew &c.a  As within to
    him it was Commanded and the aforesaid James Shirley so forewarned and at the
    Same Day being Solemnly Called Cometh not but Makes Default
   
       Therefore it is Considered that the aforesaid Sarah Stewart Admrx of the same
    John Stewart have Execution against the same James Shirly of the Debt and
    Damages aforesaid according to the force form and Effect of the Recovery afsd &c

Commanded the Sher of Somerset County by his writt in these
words following vizt
Somerset ss   Charles absolute Lord and proprietory of the provinces of
               Maryland and Avalon Lord Barron of Baltemore &c.a  To the Sher
               of Somerset County  Greeting  Wheras John Stewart lately in our County
                Court of Somerset here (to witt) The Twentieth Day of June Anno Dom one
                thousand seven hundred and thirty Two before Rob.t King Gent and his
Associates Then Justices of our Same Court at Dividing Creek in the County afs.d
by Consideration of the Same Court Recovered against James Shirley Gent
One of the Attorneys of the County Court aforesaid three pounds twelve Shills and
Eight pence half penny Curr mony of Maryland and Two hundred and Twenty
pounds of Tob.o for his Damages sustained as well by occasion of the Non performance
of a Certain promise and Assumption to the Same John by the aforesaid James
Lately made as for his Costs and Charges by him about his Suit in that part apposed
wherefore he is Convict as by the same Record and proceeding thereof in our Same
Court before our Justices at Dividing Creek aforesaid Remaining Manifestly appeareth
and afterwards the aforesaid John Stewart Died Intestate after whose Death
Administration of all and Singular the Goods and Chattles RIghts and Credits
which were of the aforesaid John at the Time of his Death by David Wilson
Gent and Deputy Commissary for the County aforesaid on the thirty first Day of
August one thousand seven hundred and thirty two To Sarah Stewart widdow
of the aforesaid John Stewart was Comitted as by the Letter of Administration
in our Court before us will appear as on the part of the aforsaid Sarah
in our Cour before us we have Received and altho Judgment be thereupon
