    Boy he the said NeSham and his father used to Come down to the said Creek a
    fishing and that the said Creek went by the Name of fishing Creek and that the said
    Nesham heard old Roger Nicholson say that the said Creek always went by that
    Name
                                 George Collins aged about Twenty Six Years being sworn on
    the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God before us above Named Concerning his
    knowledge of the Boundarys of Hogg Quarter and Common Garden deposeth as
    followeth that about the time twelve Months this Deponant and John
    Richardson and John Nesham who is now Dead went down tot eh Marshes Called
    Sandy Hill Marshes and that the said John Nesham shewed him the said Collins
    a Small Creek that Issues out of Colliers Creek and that the said Nesham and his father
    used to go Down to that Creek a fishing and that the Creek used to be Called fishing
    Creek ^and that this deponant heard John Nesham say that old Roger Nicholson may told ye sd Nesham yt ye same Creek used to be Cal.d fishing Creek^ and further Sayth not
                                                Charles Thompson aged about fifty three years who
    being sworn on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God touching his Knowledge
    of the boundaries of a Tract of Land Called Hogg Quarter and another Tract
    Called Common Garden before us James Dashiell Rob.t Collier and William Dashiell
    Deposeth as followeth that when this Deponant was about twelve or fourteen
    years old this Deponant and W.m Chesman and a Certain John Russell used to
    go a fishing in a Small Creek Issuing out of a Small Creek known by the Name of
    Collier Creek and that this Deponant heard the said Chesman and the said
    Russell say that old William Green told them that that Creek that Issued out
    of Colliers Creek was Called fishing Creek and that further this Deponant
    sayth about six years past he heard old Roger Nicholson say that the Creek
    Issuing out of Colliers Creek used to be Called Fishing Creek formerly and that
    this Deponant about last Christmass heard a Certain W.m Layton of
    Dorset County say that formerly he used to fish in a Creek made Down the
    River into the woods and the other made upwards into the Marshes
    and the said Layton told this Deponant that the Creek that made into the
    Marshes used to be Called fishing Creek and further the Deponant Charles
    Thomson declareth that the Wm Chesman and John Russell were old Married
    Men at the time the said Thomson and Chesman and Russell used to fish
    in the said fishing Creek and that the said Russell then Lived about
    two Miles from ye said Creek on Dorset side and the said Chesman about
