    Justice at Dividing Creek aforesaid Remaining manifestly appeareth
    Nevertheless Execution of the Judgm.t afsd as yett Remaineth to be made as by
    the Insinuation of the aforesd James we have recd and because we are
    willing that those things which in our Court aforesd are Rightfully acted ought
    to be duly Executed We Comand you that be Honest and Lawfull men of your
    Balywick you make know unto the afsd Heber Whittingham that he be and
    appear before Our Justices of our County Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing
    Creek the third tuesday of November next to shew Cause if that any thing for
    himself he hath or to say knoweth whereof the aforesaid James Donelson his
    Execution of the Judgm.t afsd against the aforesd Heber ought to have according
    to the form of the Recovery afsd if to him it shall seem Expedient and have you
    there the Names of them before whom you make the same known and this
    Writt Wittness Robt King Gent Chief Justice of our same Court the nineteenth
    Day of August in the Eighteenth Year of Dom &c.a Anno Dom one thousd
    seven hundred and thirty two
                                                 Att Which said third Tuesday of Nov.r
    to Witt the twenty first Day of the same Month Anno Dom one
    thousand seven hundred and thirty two Cometh the aforesaid James Donelson
    by his Attorney aforesd and the sher of Somerset County to witt Joshua
    Caldwell Gent at the same Day Returned that he by Virtue of the writt
    afsd to him thereof Directed had made known unto the aforesaid Heber
    Whittingham by Joshua Merril and John Doe honest and Lawfull men
    of his Balywick that he be and appear before the Justices of his Lordships
    County Court of Somerset had at the day and place aforesaid to shew &c.a as
    to him it was Commanded & whereupon the said James Donnelson prays
    Execution ag.st the afsd Heber Whittingham for his Damages afsd and his
    Costs and Charges to him to be adjudged &ca   And the aforesaid Heber
    Whittingham by William Beckingham his attorney Comes and prays
    Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court and he hath it and the
    same Day is Given to the aforesd James here also &ca
                                                                            Att which said Next Court
    to witt the Twentieth day of March Anno Dom one thousand seven
    hundred and thirty two Came again as well the aforesaid James Donelson as
    the aforesaid Heber Whittingham by their Attorneys afsd and thereupon
    the said Heber prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill the
    Next Court and he hath it and the same Day is Given to the said James
    here also &c.a
                            Att which said next Court to witt the Nineteenth
    day of June Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty three
