of our said Court the twenty third day of August in the twentieth year of our
Dominion &.c Ann Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty four
Att which said third Tuesday of November to witt the ninteenth day of the same month anno Dom One thousand
seven hundred and thirty four being the day of the return of the writt afd at dividing Creek before the
Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset Cometh the afd Adam Muir by his attorney afd and the
sheriff of the County afd to witt Joseph MccClester Gent at the same day returned that he by virtue of
the writt afd to him directed had made known to the aforesaid Elizabeth Jacobs by Huitt Nutter and
John Jones honest and Lawfull men of his Bailywick that she be before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somerset at the day and place afd to shew &.a

                Whereupon the said Eliz.a in her proper person Comes and prays Leave thereof to
Imparle here untill next Court and she hath it and the same day is Given to the afd Adam here also &a

       Att which said Court to witt the Eighteenth day of March anno Dom One thousand seven hundred
and thirty Four Came againe the said Adam Muir by his attorney afd and prays that the afd Elizabeth
to his writt of scire facias afd may answer but the said Elizabeth altho' Solemnly Called Cometh not
but makes default &a
                                        Therefore it is Considered that the aforesaid Adam Muir have his Execution
against the aforesaid Eliz.a ^Jacobs^ of the damages Costs and Charges afd of the goods and Chattells of the said
Christopher Dashiell at the time of his death in the hands of the same Elizabeth remaining to be administred
is so much in her hands she hath and if if so much in her hands she hath not then the Costs and Charges
afd be Levied of the proper goods and Chattells of the said Eliz.a by her default &.a




                               The remaining part of this Courts proceeding is Entered in the Next
                         book by reason of not room here &c
