Att which said next Court to witt the ninteenth day of november Anno Dom One thousand seven hundred &
thirty four Came againe as well the afd Thomas Dashiell as the afd Randall Revell by their attorneys aforesaid &
whereupon the Same Randall prays further Leave thereof to Imparle hereuntill next Court and he hath
it and the Same day is Given to the afd Thomas here also &a

             Att which said next Court to witt the Eighteenth day of march anno Dom One thousand seven hundred
and thirty four Came againe as well the afd Thomas Dashiell as the afd Randall Revell by their attorneys
aforesaid and thereupon the said Thomas prays that the afd Randall to his declaration afd may answer
&a but the same attorney of the same Randall says that he is not Informed by the Same Randall his Clyant
of any answer for the Same Randall to the afd Thomas in the plea afd to be given and nothing els thereof says by
which the same Thomas Remaineth against the afd Randall thereof undefended &a

          Therefore it is Considered that the afd Thomas Dashiell Recover against the afd Randall Revell Executor
of the afd Randall West his debt afd and his damages by occasion of the detaining of the same debt to three
349   hundred & forty Nine                      pounds of tobacco to the same Thomas of his assent by the Court here
adjudged ^to be Levied^ of the goods and Chattells which were of the afd Randall West at the time of his death in the hands
if so much in his hands he hath not than the damages afd to be Levied of the proper goods and Chattells
of the Same Randall Revell and the afd defend.t in mercy &a

 Somerset County ss.t    Robert Dias late of Somerset County in the province
of Maryland planter otherwise called Robert Dias of Dorchester County
in the province of Maryland was sumoned to answer unto John Lenan
of Talbot County in the province af.d of a plea that he render unto him the
sum of four pounds ten shillings which unto him he oweth and unjustly detaineth &.a

    And Whereupon the same John by William Goldsborough his attorney saith that whereas
the af.d Robert the tenth day of June which was in the year of our Lord God Seventeen hundred
and thirty at Somerset County af.d within the Jurisdiction of this Court by his certain bill obligatory
which the same John with the seal of the af.d Robert sealed hereinto Court doth bring the date whereof
the same day and year had acknowledged himself to be indebted unto the af.d John in the
sum of one pound Sixteen Shillings and Eight pence and one hundred and five pounds of
Tobacco to be paid unto the said John at or before the tenth day of November next ensuing
the date of the bill af.d; to which payment well and truly to be made the af.d Robert did bind
himself his heirs Executors and administrators in the af.d sum of four pounds ten shillings firmly
the same bill and the af.d John in fact saith that the af.d Robert did not pay unto him the
same John the af.d one pound sixteen shillings and Eight pence and one hundred and five
pounds of Tobacco at or before the tenth day of November next ensuing the date of the same
bill which unto him at or before the same day he ought to have paid according to the form
and Effect of that bill by which action hath accrewed unto the same John to demand and
have from the af.d Robert the af.d four pounds ten shillings  Nevertheless the af.d Robert
altho' often required the af.d four pounds ten Shillings or any part thereof unto the
