247 the petition is praid so that the same road be turned according to the direction of Mess.rs Isaac Handy and Mitchell Dashiell and that the old Road be Left Open untill the New one ^be^ Compleat and finished &a
was neglected to be returned Yet the Court are of Opinion and it is hereby Ordered that the said Michael Redding give new recognizance with One Security for his good behaviour and appearance at June Court next to answer on suspicion of felony afd &a Whereupon the said Michael Redding with James Collett of Somerset County planter his security both present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Right honrble the Lord proprietary of the province of Maryland in the sum of Twenty pounds sterling Each of their severall bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements to the Use of the said Lord proprietary his heirs and successors to be made and Levied if it happen that the said Michael Redding do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his said Lordships County Court of somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of June next and do not then and there answer unto his said Lordship of and Concerning such matters and things as shall be Objected against him on suspicion of felony and do not stand and abide the Judgment of the Court thereon and do not depart the same Court without Leave thereof and do not in the mean time keep the peace and be of the good behaviour towards his said Lordship and all his good people &a otherwise &a Sampson Wheatly appointed Overseer of the Road in Annmessex hundred from James Trehearns to John Owtens and from his Own house to the road that Leads by Charles Cottinghams &a and that he have all the Labourrers or Male taxables in Condockway neck for the Clearing and Causwaying of the same Road &a George Tull of Somerset County appointed Overseer of the roads in Pocomoke hundred for instead of Isaac Coston &a
