214 full term afd during which term the said William Heath his said master well and faithfully shall serve his secretts keep his Commandments Lawfully and honestly every where willingly shall do and in all things as good and faithfull apprentice shall demean himselfe towards his said Master & all his during the term afd &a In consideration of which service the said Thomas Gillis present here in Court in his proper person Covenanteth with the Justices of the Same Court in manner and form following that is to say that he the said Thomas Gillis during the term afd will give his said apprentice a years Schoolling & Cloath him well and at the Expiration of his Servitude and Likewise provide for his said apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing mete for him to have & wear during the servitude afd &a Whereupon it is ordered by the Court here that the said Thomas Gillis Give Recognizance in ten pounds sterling for to Comply with the Covenants afd thereupon the said Thomas Gillis present here in Court acknowledged himselfe Indebted unto the said William Heath in tenn pounds Sterling of his body goods or Chattells Lands or tenements to be made & Levied to the Use of the said William Heath his heirs or assignes If it happen that the said Thomas Gillis do not during the service afd give his said apprentice a years schoolling and do not at the Expiration of his servitude Cloath him well and do not provide for his said apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing mete for Such an apprentice to have & wear during the term afd &a
