1733 (21) And still doth Refuse whereby the same James saith he is worse and hath Damage to the Value of Eight pounds Nine shillings and five pence Like mony and thereof he brings this suit Pledges dep Jno Doe & Richd Roe
anything in satisfaction for the same more then what he has Given Credit for to the best of his knowledge sworn to before me the Day and Year above W.m Stoughton And the aforesaid Heber Whittingham by Francis Allen his Attorney Comes and Defends the force and Injury when &c.a and prays Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court and he hath it and the same day is Given to the aforesaid James here also &ca Att Which said Next Court to witt the Twentieth day of June Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty two Came againe as well the aforesaid James as the aforesaid Haber by their attorneys afs.d and Whereupon the said Heber prays further Leave thereof to Imparl here untill next Court and he hath it and the same day is Given to the aforesaid James here also &ca Att Which said next Court to witt the fifteenth day of August Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty two Came again as well the afs.d James as the aforesaid Heber by their attorneys afs.d and Whereupon the said Heber prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court and he hath it and the same day is Given to the aforesaid James here also &ca Att which said Next Court to witt the Twenty first day of November Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty two Came again as well the afs.d James as the afs.d Heber by their Attorneys aforesaid and whereupon the said Heber prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court and he hath it and the same day is Given to the aforesaid James here also &ca Att which said next Court to witt the Twentieth day of March Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty two Came again as well the afores.d James as the Afores.d Heber by their Attorneys afores.d and Whereupon the said Heber prays further Leave thereof to Imparl here untill next Court and he hath it and the same day is Given to the aforesaid James here also &c.a Att which said next Court to witt the Nineteenth day of June Anno Dom (One) |
