Therefore it is Considered that the af.d John Scarbourough take nothing by his Information af.d but
be in mercy for his falce Clamour and that the ^said^ Isaiah Bredall go thereof without day &.cra also it is
Considered that the af.d Isaiah Bredall recover against the af.d John Scarborough Two hundred and
212   Twelve                             pounds of Tobacco for his Costs and Charges in that part sustained
according to the form of the statute &.ra by the Court here adjudged &.ra

Brombly doe Confess Judgement to Humphry Chapman for the Sum of One
thousand and twenty Six pounds of tobacco which sum was recovered by the Said
Humphry Chapman against Charles Veasey on the 19.th day of March in the
twentieth Year of Our Dominion annoq domini 1734 in Court the s.d sum of
One thousand and twenty Six pounds of tobacco to be Levied of your bodies Goods ^or^ and Chattles Lands or
tenements for the use of the said Humphry Chapman in Case the said Charles Veasey shall not pay and
satisfie to the said Humphry Chapman the said Sum of one thousand and twenty six pounds of tobacco soe
as afores.d recovered against him with the aditionall Costs thereon on the tenth day of feb.ry next Wittness

on the Eighteenth day of June in the twentieth year of our Dominion Annoq Domini 1734 in Court the said
Sum of One thousand one hundred and Ninty Six pounds of Tobacco to be levied of your bodies goods or Chattles
Lands or tenements for the use of the said Francis Allen in Case the said John Bishop Jun.r shall not pay and
saitsfie to the said Francis Allen the said Sum of one thousand one hundred and Ninty Six pounds of tobacco

hundred and thirty four in Somrset County Court the s.d seventeen pounds and Six pence and Twelve hundred
and Eighty two pounds of Tobacco to be Levied of your bodies goods or Chattles Lands or tenements for the use
of the said Robert Nairn in Case the said James Nairn shall not pay and Satisfie to the said Robert
Nairn the said seventeen pounds and six pence and twelve hundred and Eighty two pounds of tobacco
so as aforesaid recovered ag.t him with the additionall Costs thereon on the tenth day of February next
