June Court 1733           (20)

       Defraud the said Tenn Pounds five Shillings or any part thereof to the said Wm Wye hath
       not paid or any ways Satisfyed altho this Do the said William Horsey afterwards to witt
       the first Day of March in the Year afs.d at somerset County afores.d by the said W.m Wye was
       Required but the same to him to pay or satisfye hath hitherto altogether refused and still
       doth Refuse to the Damage of him the said W.m Wye twenty pounds Currt mony and

         And the afs.d Wm Horsey by Francis Allen his Attorney Comes and
Defends the force and Injury when &c.a  And prays Leave thereof to Imparle
here untill Next Court and he hath it and the same Day is Given to the afores.d Wm
Wye here also &ca
                                  Att which sd next Court to witt the twentieth day of June Anno
Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty two Came again as well the afs.d Wm
Wye as the aforesd Wm Horsey by their Attorneys afs.d   And Whereupon the
said Wm Horsey prays further Leave thereof to Imparl here untill next Court and
he hath it and the same day is Given to the aforesaid W.m Wye here also &ca
Att which s.d next Court to witt the fifteenth Day of August Anno Dom one thousd
seven hundred and thirty two Came again as well the afs.d Wm Wye as the afs.d Wm
W.m Horsey by their attorneys afs.d  And Whereupon the said Wm Horsey prays further
Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court and he hath it and the same day
is Given to the afs.d W.m Wye here also &c.a

          Att which said next Court to witt the twentieth and first day of November anno Dom
One thousand seven hundred and thirty two Came againe as well the afd William Wye by
William Beckingham his attorney as the afd William Horsey by his attorney afd and thereupon
the said William Horsey prays Further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill the
next Court and he hath it and the Same day is Given to the afd William Wye here also &c.a

         Att which said next Court to witt the Twentieth day of March Ann.o Dom One thousand seven
hundred and thirty two Came againe as well the afd William Wye as the afd William Horsey by
their attorneys afd and thereupon the said William Horsey prays Further Leave ^thereof^ to Imparle
here untill next Court and he hath it and the Same day is given to the afd William Wye here also &ca
