1733 (18) Att which said Next Court to witt the Nineteenth day of June Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty three Came again as Well the afs.d W.m Allen as the aforesaid Edw.d Round by their attorneys afs.d and Thereupon the said Edwd Round as before Defends the force and Injury when &ca And prays the Hearing of the writing obligatory afs.d and it is Read unto him &c.a he also prays the hearing of the Condition of the Said Writing The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bounden Edwd Round his Ex.rs or Adm.rs shall and do well and truly pray or Cause to be paid unto the Abovenamed Rob.t Atkins or to his Certain Attorney Exrs Admrs or Assignes the Just and full sum of seventy five pounds Currt money of the province of Pensilvania aforesaid at or before the Eighteenth day of December next Ensuing the Date hereof in one Intire payment without fraud or further Delay then this present Obligation to be void and of None Effect or otherwise to stand be and Remain in full force and Virtue He also prays hearing of the Assignment of the assignment of the said writing from the aforesaid Robt to the Aforesd Thos and it is Read to him in these following words viz.t Know all men by these presents that I the within Named Rob.t Atkins for Divers good Causes and Considerations me thereunto Moving have Granted Assigned Transfered and Made over and by these present do Grant assigne Transfer and Make over unto Tho.s Budd of the City of Philadelphia Taverner the within obligation together with all sum or sums of Mony due thereupon or that may arrise and Grow due thereupon with the Interest thereof from the within bound Edw.d Round or any other person or persons whomsoever Representing or to Represent the said Edwd Round by Reason or on Acc.t thereof with full power to sue for and Recover the same as fully and amply in Every respect as I myself might or Could do being prsonally present Given under my hand and seal at Philadelphia the fifth Day of June Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty one He also prays the Hearing of the Assignement of the said obligation from the aforesaid Thomas to the afs.d William and it is read to him in these following words vizt the above Named Thomas Budd Do Assigne and Transfer all my Right Title and Interest to the within Obligation and the Mony thereon Due to Wm Allen of Philadelphia Merch.t for Value Received and to his Assignes and Appoint him my Attorney Irevocably for that End and purpose Wittness my hand and Seal this Sixth Day of July Anno Dom |
