    or paid but the same to him to pay or for the same in any sort to satisfye
    hitherto altogether hath refused and still doth Refuse to the Damage of
    the said Wm Allen one hundred pounds Curr.t Mony of this province and
    thereof he brings suit &c.a  And brings into Court ^as well^ the writing obligatory afs.d
    as the writing of assignment afs.d from the aforesaid Robt Atkins to the afs.d
    Thomas Budd and the writing of assignment afs.d from the afs.d Thos Budd to
    the afs.d Wm Allen where respective Dates are the Days and Years afs.d above
    mentioned                                                               pledges depr       Jno Doe

                                                                                                             Richd Roe

                                  And the afs.d Edw.d Round by Francis Allen his Attorney
   Comes and Defends the force and Injury when &c.a and prays Leave thereof
    to Imparle here Untill next Court and he hath it and the same day is
    Given unto the aforesaid William here also &c.a
                                                                                  Att which said next Court
    To witt the Twentieth day of June Anno Domini one thousand seven
    hundred and thirty two Came again as well the aforesaid William Allen
    as the aforesaid Edwd Round by their attorneys afs.d and Whereupon the same
    Edwd prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court and he
    hath it and the same Day is Given to the aforesaid William here also &.a

       Att which said Next Court to witt the fifteenth day of August Anno Dom
    one thousand seven hundred and thirty two Came again As well the afs.d
    William Allen as the afs.d Edw.d Round by their attorneys aforesaid and
    whereupon the same Edwd prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here
    untill next Court and he hath it and the same Day is Given to the afs.d Will.m
    here also &c
                                          Att which said Next Court to witt the Twenty first
    Day of November Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty two
    Came again as well the Afores.d William Allen as the afs.d Edwd Round by
    their attorneys afs.d and Whereupon the same Edwd prays further Leave
    thereof to Imparle here untill next Court and he hath it and the same day is
    Given to the afs.d Will.m here also &ca

                                       Att which said next Court to witt the Twentieth day
    of March Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty two Came
    again as well the afores.d William Allen as the afs.d Edwd Round by their
    Attorneys afs.d and Whereupon the same Edw.d prays further Leave thereof
    to Imparle here untill Next Court and he hath it and the same day is
    Given to the aforesaid William here also &c.a
