said Thomas Lambden do not pay and Satisfie unto the Severall Officers their fees due upon the Indictment by
means of the premisses afd &a Likewise the said Sarah MccDaniel is ordered by the Court here to give Security
for to Save and keep harmless as well the Justices of Somerset County Court and their Successors for the time being
as also the Inhabitants of the Same County from all Costs Charges and troubles by reason of the birth maintainance
nourishing and bring up of the bastard Child Lately begott on her body as afd &a

       Whereupon The afd Thomas Lambden present herein Court acknowledged himselfe to be Indebted unto his
Lordship the Lord Proprietary in twenty pounds Sterling of his goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to
be made and Levied to the Use of Somerset County if it happen that the afd Thomas Lambden do not from
time to time and at all times hereafter acquitt discharge and Save harmless as well the Justices of Somerset
County Court and their Successors for the time being as also the Inhabitants of the Same County of and from
all Costs Charges troubles and burthens whatsoever for and by reason of the birth maintaince Nourishing
and bring^ing^ up of the said Child and from all Suits troubles Charges and demands whatsoever touching or
Concerning of the same &a

    Thomas Larimore Jun.r Came hereinto Court and prays that his appearance may
be recorded to Save himselfe and Security of and from a Certain recognizance of
                         bail by him and Security before that time Entered into &a    thereupon the said Thomas Larrimores
Appearance is recorded and he and his security accordingly discharged

       Whereupon the said Thomas Larimore Jun.r is Ordered to give New Recognizance for his appearance
before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the County
afd the third tuesday of August Next to answer unto his Lordship of and Concering his Committing
of Fornication with a Certain Alice Hopkins &a

       Thereupon the said Thomas Larrimore Jun.r with John Larrimore of Somerset County planter
his security both present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves to owe and be
Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterling Each of their
Severall goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors
to be made and Levied if it happen that the afd Thomas Larrimore Jun.r do not make his personall
appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be help at dividing Creek
the third tuesday of August next and do not answer unto his said Lordship of and Concerning his Committing
of Fornication with the afd Alice Hopkins and do not Stand and abide the Judgm.t of there Court
thereupon and do not depart the Same Court without Leave thereof &a

 Alice Hopkins appears according to her Recognizance Entered into to give Evidence
against a Certain Thomas Larrimore Jun.r and she and her Security is accordingly
discharged from the same recognizance &a   whereupon the Same Alice Hopkins is ordered
