and Every of you Dilegently to Intend the Keeping the Peace acts of assembly Laws
Customs and Statutes aforesaid and all and Every the premisses and that at your County
Courts you make Inquisition and hear and Determine as afsd Doing therein what to
Justice appertains according to the Laws Customs and Directions of the Acts of
assembly afsd so far forth as they provide and where they are silent according
To the Laws Statutes and Reasonable Customs of England as used and Practised
within this province and further we Do Constitute Ordain and appoint you the said

Phillip Lee John Rider Michael Howard Geo: Plater & Edm.d Jengings Esqr & Robert
King John Smith William Stoughton John Handy James Dashiell John Scott James
Martin William Lane Tho.s Williams Henry Ballard David Willson Edward Rownd
Charles Racliff Geo: Dashiell Thomas Gillis Isaac Handy and Mitchell Dashiell
or any three or More of You as afsd to Issue Out Writts precepts process and attachments
and hold plea of all Actions popular and of all Actions personal of whatsort
sever wherein the Demand doth not Exceed the sum One hundred pounds
Sterling or Thirty Thousand pounds of Tobacco and all actions personal now
Depending before you and after Judgment Execution to award in all such Cases and
Actions aforesaid according to the Laws Customs and Directions of the Acts of
Assembly aforesaid so far forth as they provide and where they are silent according
to the Laws Statutes and Reasonable Customs of England as used and practised within
this Province In which said Actions so to be Tryed  Wee do Constitute ordain
and appoint you the said John Hall Rich.d Tilghman Mat: Tilghman Ward John
Rousby Benj.a Tasker Philip Lee John Rider Mich.l Howard Geo: Plater & Edm.d
Jenings Esq.r Rob.t King John Smith William Stoughton John Handy Ja.s Dashiell

Willson Edward Round Charles Rackliffe Geo: Dashiell Thomas Gillis Isaac Handy
& Mitchell Dashiell and none Others to be Judges also by these presents We Do Command
the sheriff of our said County of Somerset that at the several Courts to be
held for our said County he Given his attendance and Cause to Come before you or
any three or More of you as aforesaid such and so many Good and Lawfull men of
his bailywick out of Each and Every hundred thereof by whom the Truth of the matter
in the premisses may be the better known and Enquired of Lastly you shall Cause
to be brought before you at your said Courts all Writts precepts process and Indictments to
Your Courts and Jurisdictions belonging that the same may be Inspected and by Due
