118 for his good behaviour and appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of June next &a Thereupon the said Joseph Harden with John Follows of Somerset County weaver his Security both present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary in five pounds Sterling good and Lawfull money of England of their severall goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to be made and Levied to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors if it Happen that the said Joseph Hardin do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of June next and do not answer unto his Lordship of and Concerning what shall be objected against him on his said Lordships behalfe and do not stand and abide the Judgment of the Court thereupon and in the mean time if he be not of the good behaviour towards his said Lordship and all Other his good people &a It is Likewise further Ordered by the Court here here that the said Joseph Harden give Security for the paym.t of the Severall Officers Fees due by Occasion of the premises afd thereupon the afd John Follows undertakes for the said Joseph Harden to pay the Severall Officers Fees due as afd &a
Our Lord God Seventeen hundred thirty and three with Force and Arms at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court one Bible of the Value of Fifty pounds of Tobacco of the Goods and Chattels of John Thompson then and there being found then and there feloniously did steal Take and bear away Contrary to the Peace of the said Lord proprietary that now is his good rule and Government and against the Form of the Act of Assembly in Such Case lately made and Provided &a Test John Thompson, Wm Thompson and Sarah Thompson On the backside of the foregoing bill of Indictment it was thus Endorsed vizt Ignoramus Samuel Wilson foreman Whereupon the said Eleanor Harden al.s Hardy Came hereinto Court before the Justices thereof this ninteenth day of March One thousand Seven hundred and thirty three according to a Certain Recognizance by her and her Securitys before acknowledged and prays that she and her Securitys may be discharged therefrom thereupon ye Said Elianor Harden and her Securitys are discharged &a whereupon the said Eleanor Henden is ordered to give Security for the payment of the Severall Officers Fees due as afd thereupon a Certain Benjamin sharp of Somerset County Shipwright present here in Court undertakes to pay the Severall Officers Fees due as afd Nicholas Fountain appears according to his Recognizance Entered into Last Court for his good behaviour and appearance at this Court and ^he and his securitys^ are accordingly discharged &a |
