Thereupon afterwards to witt the twentieth day of November One thousand Seven hundred & thirty three
before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset at diving Creek Cometh the afd John
Tunstall assignee as afd by his attorney afd and then and there his writt and declaration afd against
the afd Patrick Connelly will not further prosecute but Voluntarily permitted his Suit to be
discontinued      Therefore afterwards to witt being the Same day by discretion of the Justices
602   here were adjudged ^to^ the Same Patrick Connelly Six hundred & Two
pounds of tobacco for his Costs and Charges by him about his defence in that part Sustained according
to the form of the Statute in Such manner of Case thereof Lately made and provided and the afd John
Tunstall in mercy and that the afd Patrick have thereof Execution &.a


Samuel Wilson
Guardian to Mary Woolford
Mary Woollford daughter of Levin Woolford and Sarah his wife an
orphan having arrived at full age for the Chosing of her Guardian Came here
    into Court in her proper person and prays that she may be admitted to Chose a Certain Samuel
    Wilson of Somerset County Gent her Guardian which is by the Court here to her Granted &.a

             Thereupon the said Mary Woollford makes Chose of the said samuel WIlson as her
    Guardian accordingly &.a
                                              Whereupon It's Ordered by the Court here that the afd Samuel
Wilson take into his Care and Possession the afd Orphan and her Estate real and personall and
further it is by the Court ^ordered^ that the Said Samuel Wilson give recognizance with two securitys for to
Comply with the Guardian ship afd &.a
                                                               Thereupon the said Samuel Wilson with William Stoughton
and Henry Ballard of Somerset County Gent his Securitys present herein Court in their proper
persons acknowledged themselves to be Indebted unto the said Mary Woollford in five
hundred pounds Currant money of Maryland of their bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements
to the Use of the said Mary Woollford her heirs or assignes to be made and Levied &.a If it Happen
that the said Samuel Wilson do not Comply with the Law in relation to the Guardian ship afd
and do not deliver up unto the afd Mary Woollford all her Estate real and personall that
he shall have in his hands and possession peaceably and quietly when ever the Same shall be Legally
Required &.a


    Ordered by the Court that the Reverend Thomas Fletcher pay or Cause to be paid unto Thomas Duncan
and James Lindow thirty pounds of tobacco Each for their attendance one day Each on behalfe of
the said Thomas Fletcher against John Tunstall assignee of Hugh Porter he having made Oath to
the Same &.a

                                        The Court adjourns untill the third Tuesday of March 1733
