well and faithfully pay and Content  Nevertheless the sd Defd.ts their promisse and
assumption aforesd in forme aforesd  Made nothing regarding but plotting and
fraudulently Intending the sd John Dennis in that part Craftilly and Subtilly
to Deceive and Defraud the sd Fifty Shillings and Six pence to the sd John Dennis
Altho' the same to Do the sd Defd.ts by the sd John Dennis on the aforesd first day
of September in the Year aforesd and often after wards at Somerset County afd
by the sd John they were thereunto requested have not paid or Contented nor hath
any of them paid or Contented but the same to him hitherto to pay have refused
and still doth refuse and Deny  Whereupon the sd John Dennis Saith he is
worse and hath Damage to the Value of Five pounds one shilling Currt mony
of Maryland thereupon he brings suite &a

          March the 15.th 1733   John Dennis Jun.r proved the above acco.t before me   E Rownd

    Att which said third tuesday of November to witt the twentieth day of the same month anno Dom One thousand
    Seven hundred and thirty three being the day of the Return of the said Writt Cometh the said John
    Dennis Jun.r by his attorney afd and the sher of Somerset County to whom the foregoing writt was directed
    Likewise Cometh and maketh Return thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words following viz.t
                                                                                Non Est Inventus short note Left P Jos.a Caldwell sher

            Whereupon the said John Dennis by his attorney afd prays that for as much as he has Complyed with
the Law in Order to an attachment he may have Judgment against the said Samuel MccCall John Blackbourn
and John Allen for his damages afd by way of attachment according to act of assembly &a

    Whereupon for that it seems to the Court here that the said John Dennis has Complyed with the Law as alledged

                Therefore it is Considered that the afd John Dennis Jun.r recover against the said Sam.l
McCall John Blackbourn and John Allen as well the Sum of two pounds ten shillings and Six pence
Curr.t money his damages by Occasion of the premisses as afd as all Costs and Charges by the said plft Laid
202 out and Expended about his suit by way of attachment against the goods Chattells Rights or Creditts of
the said Saml McCall, John Blackburn and John Allen according to act of assembly in Such Case made and
provided &a
