for him &a    Whereupon the said Henry Miles by William Beckingham his attorney Comes and defends
the force and Injury when &a and prays Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court and he hath it &
the same day is given to the afd William Coulbourn here also &a

    Att Which said next Court to witt the twentieth day of November Anno Dom One thousand seven hundred
and thirty three Came againe the afd William Coulbourn by his attorney afd and prays that the
afd Henry Miles to his declaration afd may answer but the same Henry altho' Solemnly Called Cometh not
nor Says nothing in barr or preclusion of the action afd of the afd William Coulbourn by which the
same William remaineth against the afd Henry thereof undefended &a

    Therefore it is Considered that the afd William Coulbourn recover against the afd Henry
Miles his debt afd  And his damages Sustained by Occasion of the detaining of that Same debt
478   to Four hundred & Seventy Eight                     pounds of tobacco to the same William of
his assent by the Court here adjudged and the afd Henry in Mercy &a

      Command was given to the sher of Somerset County that he should

take Nathaniel Watson Late of Somerset County Gent if he should
                                    be found in his bailywick and him should safe keep so that he might have
    his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing
    Creek to and for the County afd the third tuesday of June next to answer unto Amos Woodward of
    a plea of trespass upon the Case &a and that thereof he should not fail &a

           Att which said third tuesday of June to witt the ninteenth day of the same month ann.o Dom one
    thousand Seven hundred and thirty three being the day of the return of the said Writt Cometh the said
    Amos Woodward by William Beckingham his attorney and the sher of Somerset County to whom the
    foregoing writt was directed Likewise Cometh and maketh return thereof to the Court here Endorsed
    in these words following viz.t       Cepi Corpus p Joshua Caldwell sher

       Whereupon the said Nathaniel ^Watson^ in his own properson appears and thereupon ^the said^ Nathaniel Watson
    at the prayer of the afd Amos Woodward by his attorney afd is adjudged to give Special bail to the
    action afd   Whereupon William White of Somerset County Gent present herein Court in his proper
    person undertakes for the said Nathaniel Watson that if in Case the said Amos Woodward
    should recover Judgment in the plea afd against the afd Nathaniel Watson or that the said
    Nathaniel Watson should be therein Convict that then he the said Nathaniel Watson shall pay
    the Condemnation of the Court thereupon or render his body to the Custody of the sher of Somerset
    County in Satisfaction thereof or that he the said William White will do it for him &a

       Whereupon the said Nathaniel Wattson prays that the said Amos Woodward may Give Security for Costs
