59 bounder of a tract of Land belonging to him called golden Lyon stood on a oyster shell hammock near the creek near the Creek Side called Marumsco it was a ceader tree and that a Carpenter Names Richard Wilson cutt it down to make a post for a house that the Said Teague Riggin had Imployed him to build for him She said this She was Informed by her husband Riggin and that Richard Willson the Carpenter Said that he marked another tree for him & that would do as well he thought and further she Says not Ambross Riggin aged fifty five Years came before Us the Subscribers and Swore on the holy Evangelist being duely examined Said that his brother Teague Riggin said the first bounder of Golden Lyon stood on a oyster shell banck Hammock near a Creek side Called Marrumsco the Said Creek was and that a Carpenter named Richard Willson cut it down to make a post for a barn for his father Riggin and the Carpenter Willson Said that he had marked another tree further down the Creek on another hammock and further says not Darby Riggin aged forty nine Years came before us the Subscribers and Swore on the holy Evangelist being duely examined said that his brother Teague Riggin said that the first bounder of Golden Lyon stood on a oyster Shell hammock and that it was a Ceader tree and that a Carpenter Named Richard Wilson cut it down the Said tree Stood on the north Side of the hammock near the Mouth of a Gutt that Came Out of Marumsco creek and the Said Carpenter Said he would make another tree further down ye Creek and further Says not Peter Dickerson aged Sixty Six Years came before Us the Subscribers and Swore on the holy Evangelist being duely examined Said he heard Say on the Oyster shell Hammock near Marumsco Creek there Stood a marked Ceader tree and that ^a^ Carpenter Named Richard Wilson cut it down and said he would marke another tree further down on another hammock and further Says not Wm Holland James Nairne John Outten And in relation to what was Said Concerning the Second bounder of a tract of Land called Golden Lyon Mary Riggin aged eighty six Years came before us the Subscribers and Swore on the holy evangelist being duly examined Laid her hand on a marked white oake tree which was standing at a marsh Side and said her husband Riggin told her that was the Second bounder of his Land Called Golden Lyon and there he Received turfe and twigg of an Ballard and further says not Ambrose Riggen aged fifty five years came before us the subscribers and swore on the holy Eavangelist being duely Examined says that a marked white oak tree standing near a Marsh side was the second bounder of golden Lyon as his father ^Teague^ Riggen told him and further says not Darby Riggen aged forty nine years came before us the subscribers and swore on the holy Evanglist being duely Examined says that a marked white oak tree that stood at a marsh side was the second bounder of Golden Lyon as his father Riggin told him and further says not Thomas Maddox aged fifty two years came before us the subscribers and swore on the holy Evangelist being duely Exmined says that William Matthews told him y.t a marked white oake tree that stood Near a Marshside was the Second bounder on the End of golden Lyon and further says not We the Subscribers Attended on Sam.ll Riggens buseness Jam.s Nairne W.m Holland two days W.m Holland two days John Outton one day Jam.s Nairne Jn.o Otten
