make all or any part of ye said And.w Scott's Claim against him appear to be satisfied or otherwise to have been undue
before ye Laying of this attachment that then the said Andw Scott shall make restitution unto the said Hugh Scott of
all or such part thereof as shall be made appear to be undue &.c or that the said Henry Spear will do it for him

                   Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the Said Sum of Six pounds Eleven Shillings Curr.t
mony and five hundred pounds of tobacco so as afd attached as of the Cr Rights and Creditts of the afd Hugh
Scott may be Condemned in the hands of the afd Robert Govans towards satisfying of the afd six pounds Eleven
Shillings Curr.t mony and five hundred pounds of tobacco his damages and Costs accrewing upon the writt of attachment afd
and that the aforesaid Andrew Scott have thereof his Execution against the said Robert Govans according to act
of assembly &c

                                   Whereas Robert Warren of this County planter pursuant to a late
act of assembly in this province now in force proved before me One of his Lordships
Justices of the peace for the County afd to witt on the fifth of September ann.o One thousand Seven hundred &
thirty an account of his Own of two pounds three Shillings and Six pence Currant money due unto him from a Certain
Humphry Hughs who resides in an Other Government and in as much as there are at this time in the hands of
sundry persons of this County Effects belonging unto him the said Humphry which Effects he the said Robert
is Credibly Informed and verily believes will be Spedily drawn away or otherwise disposed of out of
this County by order of him the said Humphry by means of which he the Said Robert will either loose
his debt of two pounds three Shillings and Six pence Currant mony as aforesaid or otherwise be at
a great Expence in following him the Said Humphry into an Other Government in order to sue for & recover
the same
                                                          For the preventing of which I do therefore upon the Earnest Request
and Humble Suit of him the Said Robert and pursuant to the afd act of assembly of this province afd now
in Force as aforesaid as one of his Lordships Justices of the peace by vertue of the same warrent &
Impower you Mr Thomas Hayward as Cler of Our County Court upon sight hereof Immediately to Issue
or Cause to be Issued an attachment at the Suit of him the Said Robert against the Effects of him the said Humphry
Hughs to be Lodged in the hands of those who by Confession or otherwise it may appear at the
time of the Issueing the Said attachment to have effects of any found in their hands properly belonging
unto him the Said Humphry within this County and for your so doing this shall be your Sufficient Warrent
