Somerset ss

                     Att a Court of the Right honrble Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the
Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c held for Somerset County at
dividing Creek in the Same County the third tuesday of June (to witt) the Ninteenth day of the
same month anno Dom one thousand Seven hundred and thirty three by his said Lordships Justices
the peace in the Same County to keep assigned of whom were present

                            Proclamation being made in Common form and the sher of Somerset County
(to witt) Joshua Caldwell Gentleman being Called makes return of the pannell of Orphans Jurors as
followeth viz.t  James Rownd, Robert Govan, Edmond Hough, Thomas Carey, John Shockley, John Pope
George Maglamory, Benjamin Venables Daniel Cordery, John Williams William Turpin Jun.r Willm
Catlin William Gray manocan, Johnson Hill, John Redish Robert Hall, David Brown Philip
Adams, James Dashielll Jacob Cordery and George Benston who were Severally Called Over appears
and were Sworn and Charged and Sent Out to Consider soon after the Jurors aforesaid so as afd Impannelled
and Sworn Returne hereinto Court and were Severally Called Over and were discharged &c

To the Worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County the petition of
Alexander Vannce humbly sheweth
                                                                              That your petitioner is old and very infirm
       these Severall Years and that his sight grows very dim which hinders him to follow his trade
       so that poverty ^comes^ fast upon him   therefore your petitioner humbly prays that your worships
       would be pleased to set him tax free and as in duty bound shall ever pray &c

                   The petition afd being Read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation
       thereupon had   wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the aforesaid Alexander Vance be
       for the future tax free as by the petition afd is praid &c

To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now in Court Sitting the petition
of William Freeman most Humbly sheweth that your petitioner being a Cripple
                         and past Labour so that he Can scarce gett his bread (having not any one to
