 Somerset County ss  Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the provinces of Maryland
and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c   To William Lane John Donelson James Rownd
and Charles Rackliffe all of Somerset County Gent Greeting Know Ye that we have appointed
                      you or any three or two of you to be Our Commissioners to Examine Evidences on behalfe
of a Certain Isaiah Bredall of the County aforesaid in relation to the bounds of a tract of Land Called Olivers
Portion Containing One hundred and fifty acres we therefore Require you or any three or two of you
at some time and place as to you or any three or two of you shall seen Convenient you mete on the
afd Land Called Olivers Portion (you first having taken your Oaths on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty
God according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided) and there Cause to Come before you or
any three or two of You all Such Evidences as shall be to you or any three or two of You Nominated
by the said Complainent or Def.t if any and that you or any three or two of You Examine
them upon their Corporall oaths to be by you or any three of you Administered on the
holy Evangelist of Almighty God in the presents of the Complainant or Def.t if any
touching the truth or Remembrances of their knowledge or any thing that may relate
to the Cause aforesd and that Reduceing the Severall Deposition in Writing you
send the Same together with this our Commission Under Your or any three or two
of Your hands and Seals to us to our County Court of Somerset with all Convenient
Speed Wittness Robert King Gent Chief Justices of our said Court the twenty fourth
Day of June  In the Eighteenth Year of our Dominion  Ann Dom One thousand
Seven hundred and thirty two   On the back side of the foregoing Comission it was
thus Endorsed Vizt

Aprill the 12.th 1733   W.m Lane and John Donelson was Sworne to the Due
Execution of the Within Commission         Before me         W.m Fasitt

Somerset County Ss   By Vertue of a Commission to us Directed from the Worshipfull
the Justices of the County aforesd to Examine Wittness in Relation to the bounds of a tract
of Land Called Olivers Portion belonging to M.r Isaah Bredall of the County aforesd
have taken as follows      Vizt     Joseph Gray of Somerset County aforesd Planter
Aged forty Years or thereabouts being Sworn upon the holy Evangelist of Almighty
God Deposeth and Saith that there was a marked Beach formerly Standing
Within about Ten foot of the place we then Stood where we Caused a Sasefris Stake
To be put Down being about forty three yards West from the Second Rowe of Aple
trees in the North End of the said Isaiah Bredells Orchard and that he has
often heard the said Beach was the Second Bounder of the aforesd Land Called Olivers
Portion and further saith Not

John Holoway Late of the County aforesd Aged fifty four years or there abouts being
