West if &c to answer &c and whereupon the Same presentment by his Lordships Justices of the County Court of Somerset
held here at dividing Creek in the County afd the twentyeth day of March One thousand Seven hundred & thirty two is
Sent before the Justices of the Next assize (Nisi prius oyer and terminer and Gole delivery) to be held at dividing
Creek in the County afd the first tuesday of Aprill Next together with the record thereof for their determination &c

       And Whereupon the Same Anthony West with Randall Revell Late of Somerset County plan:
his Security present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledge themselves to Owe unto his Lordship
the Right honrble the Lord proprietary of the province of Maryland &c in the Sum of Fifty pounds
Sterling Each good and Lawfull men of England of their Severall goods and Chattells Lands and tenements
to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied      If it happen that the
afd Anthony West do not make his personall appearance before his Lordships Justices of the Next
assize (Nisi prius oyer and terminer and Goal Deliver) to be held at Dividing Creek in Somerset County
afd the first tuesday of Aprill next to answer unto his ^said^ Lordship of and Concerning the perjury afd
and do not Stand and abide the Judgmt of the Court thereon and do not depart the Same Court without
Leave thereof and do not in the Mean time be of the good behaviour towards his said Lordship
and all Others his good people then the above Recognizance to be in full force & vertue otherwise &c

 Command was Given to the Sher of Somerset County that he should take Sarah Staples

if &c to answer unto his Lordship of and Concerning her Committing Fornication and having had
                   born of her body a bastard Child &c    and afterwards the Said Sarah Staples present here
in court in her proper persons is ordered to give recognizance with One Security for appearance at
June Court next to answer the premisses afd &c    thereupon the said Sarah Staples with John Carr of
Somerset County planter her Security both present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves
to Owe unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling Each of their
Goods and Chattells Lands and tenements Seperately to be made and Levied to the Use of his Said Lordship
his heirs and Successors If it Happen that the aforesaid Sarah Staples do not make her personall
appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the
third tuesday of June next and do not answer unto his said Lordship of and Concerning her Committing of
fornication and having born of her body a bastard Child and do not Stand and abide the Judgment of
the Court thereof and do not depart the Same Court without Leave thereof then the above recognizance
to be in full force and virtue &c
