freeholders such as your worships shall thing fitt as Commissioners to Examine Evidences to perpetuate the
bounds of the said Land and your petitioner as in duty bound shall Ever pray   John Woolford

             The petition aforesaid being Read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon
had    wherefore it is Considered that a Commission Issue to the afd John Woollford as by the petition afd
is praid and that Samuel Wilson, Joseph Gillis, John Finch and William Jones (of Goose Creek) and all
of Somerset County Gent.m be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly
in Such Case made and provided &c

                            To the Worshipfull Court now Sitting the humble petition of
Robert Carney Sheweth whereas your petitioner is now in my Seventy Seven
             Years Last november and have paid taxes in Maryland for fifty three Years pas
being now grown feble and not able to Labour for my Living as I have done through the
Infirmity of Old age of Misfortunes am hard sett to gett Food and Raiment which Reasons I
hope your worships will think me a person Justly Intituled to be tax free and Give Such
Orders as in your wisdoms shall thing meet that I be discharged from that burthen for
the future by which I shall be the better able to keep my Selfe from being burthenson to the
County I trust your worship will think my petition is Reasonable and I hope your worships
will remember me and your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray

The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon
had wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd Robert Carney be for the future Tax free
as by the petition afd is praid &c


Samuel Atkinson
       petn
          To the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County the Humble
petition of Samuel Atkinson Most humbly sheweth that your petitioner
                            is possest with a percell of Land lying in naswadox next through
which the Cart Road that goes down to Cap.t Scotts Landing runns which Road is very
prejudiciall to your petitioner he having already Cleared as a good a road and nothing
out of ye way which Mr Fleming the Overseer of the said Road Can Inform your worships
humbly prays your worships will be pleased to give order for the moving said Road and he
as in duty bound shall ever pray                                       Samuel Atkinson

The petition aforesaid being read and heard and the premisses Considered wherefore it is ordered
by the Justices here that the afd Samuel Atkinson turn the Road as by the pet.n afd is praid &c
