Also ^by these present^ we do Command the Sheriff of our said County of Somerset that at the Severall
Courts to be held for our said County he give his Attendance and Cause to Come before you
or any three or more of you as aforesaid such and so many good and Lawfull men of
his bailywick out of Each and every hundred thereof by whome the truth of the Matter
in the premises may be the better known and Enquired of Lastly you shall Cause to be
Brought before you at your said Courts all writs precepts Processes and Indictments to
your Courts and Jurisdictions belonging that the Same may be Inspected and by
Due Course of Law Determined Witness our trusty and well beloved Samuel
Ogle Esq.r Lieutenant General and Chief Governer of our said Province of Maryland
this thirtieth Day of Octob.r in the Eighteenth Year of our Dominion &c Annoq

                On the backside of the foregoeing Commission it was thus Endorsed viz.t

Maryland sst  Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the provinces of Maryland avalon Lord baron
of Baltemore &c   To William Fasit John Smith Bal.t Hundred William Stoughton John Caldwell John McClester
John Handy and James Dashiell of Somerset County Gent Greeting  We do hereby Authorize and Impower you
or either of you to Administer the Several oaths appointed by act of assembly as also the oath
of Judge or Justices to Robert King, John Scott, James Martin, W.m Lane, Thom.s Williams
Henry Ballard and David Willson of the Same County Gent or any of them and you
The Said Robert King, John Scott, James Martin, W.m Lane, Thomas Williams
Henry Ballard David or any of you having taken the Said oaths are hereby Impowered
to administer the same to the Justices and Commissioners Respectively as they are
Nominated in the within Commission and we will that you and Every of you having
taken the Said Oaths Doe Severally Subscribe the test and oath of abjuration and
for so doing this shall be Your Sufficient Warrent and Authority Thereof fail not and
when you have the Same so done you are to Certifie the Same under your hands
and Seales to us in our high Court of Chancery with all Convenient Speed Wittness
our trust and well beloved Samuel Ogle Esq.r Lieutenant General and Cheife
Governor of our said Province of Maryland this thirtyeth Day of Octob.r in the Eighteenth
Year of our Dominion &c Annoq.r Dom 1732

    Which being read and heard thereupon the said William Fasit, John Smith Balt Hundred, William Stoughton
John Caldwell, John MccClester, John Handy and James Dashiell ^at somerset County^ Gent pursuant to the dedimus to them directed
administred the Severall Oaths appointed by act of assembly to be taken to the Government with the Oath of Justice
to Robert King, John Scott, James Martin, William Lane, Thomas Williams, Henry Ballard and David Wilson of the
same County Gent who severally take the same and subscribe the oath of abjuration and test & take their places &
afterwards the Same Robert King John Scott, James Martin, William Lane, Thomas Williams, Henry Ballard and David
Wilson administred the same Oaths unto William Fasit, John Smith of Bal.t Hundred William Stoughton, John Caldwell
