Acknowledged themselves to Owe and stand Justly Indebted unto the said Nehemiah Cambell in the Sum of Twenty pounds
Sterling of their bodys Goods and Chattells Lands and tenements Joyntly and Seperately to be made and Levied to the
use of the said Neh Cambell his heirs or assignes      If it happen that the afd William MccClammey do not
within the term of Servitude aforesaid Learn the said Neh Cambell the trade of a weaver and to Read well in the
Bible and do not at the Expiration of his Servitude give him a heifer of two Years Old and a new Suit of apparell
Over and above his Common wearing apparell and do not Likewise provide for the said Nehemiah Cambell meat
drink washing Lodging and Cloath sufficient for such an apprentice to have and wear during the term aforesaid &c

         George                       Phillips  son of Richard Phillips late of somerset County
dec.d is bound by the Court of his Own Consent unto George Lanck of Somerset County
                         Bricklayer untill he arrives to the age of twenty one Years he being Seventeen Years of age
the twenty seventh day of aprill next the said George Phillips to serve his said master George Lanck the full
term aforesaid during which term the aforesaid George Phillips his said master well and faithfully shall serve
his secrets keep his commandments Lawfully and honestly every where willingly shall do and in all things
as a good and faithfull Servant shall demean himselfe to wards his said master and all his during the
term aforesaid

                                           In consideration of which service the said George Lanck present here
in Court covenanteth with the Justices of the same Court in Court Judicially sitting on behalfe of the said
George Phillips that he the Said George Lancke during the term aforesaid he will Learn his said apprentice
the trades of a brick Maker and Brick Layer and Give him six months Schooling and at the Expiration
of his Servitude give him a pair of Brick moulds and and Brick Trowell and a new suit of Cloaths over
and above his Common wearing Cloaths and Likewise provide for his said apprentice meat drink washing Lodging
and Cloathing sufficient for such ^an^ apprentice to have and wear during the term aforesaid &c

                      Whereupon the said George Lanck is Ordered by the Court to give Security for to Comply with the Covenants
aforesaid
                                        Thereupon the said George Lanck with Timothy Adkinson his security both of
Somerset County planters present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves to Owe and stand
Justly Indebted unto the said George Phllips in the sum of twenty pounds sterling of their bodys goods and
Chattells, Lands and tenements Joyntly and seperately to be made and Levied to the Use of the said George
Phillips his heirs or assignes                              If it happen that the afd George Lanck do not within the term of
servitude aforesaid Learn the said George Phillips the trades of a brick maker and Brick Layer and Give
him six months schoolling and do not at the Expiration of his servitude give him a pair of Brick moulds
and Brick Trouell and a new Suit of Cloaths over and above his Common wearing Cloaths and do not likewise
provide for the said George Phillips meat, drink, washing, Lodging and Cloathing and all Other Necessarys
sufficient for such an apprentice to have and wear during the term afd &c
