                                                 Att a Court of the Right Honrble Charles absolute Lord and proprietary
                                             of the provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore
       &c Held for Somerset County at dividing Creek ^in the same County^ the third tuesday of Novem (to witt) the twenty first
day of the same month Ann.o Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty two by his said Lordships
Justices the peace in the same County to keep assigned of whom were present

                                                        Proclamation being made in Usual form and the sher of
Somerset County to witt Joshua Caldwell Gent.m made return of the pannell of the Grand Jurors as followeth
viz.t David Polk, Charles Townsend, Thomas Hearn, Lazarus Maddox, Robert Neirne, Thomas
Pointer, Benjamin Holland, Solomon Hitch, George Maglamory, James Townsend Michael Disharoon
Arthur Warwick, Christopher Nutter, John Huet Nutter, John Reed, James Houston, William Nutter
Thomas Roe, John Outen, George Benston and Robert Melvin     whereupon proclamation being made
againe in Common form and the Jurors aforesaid so as aforesaid Impannelled being severally Called over by
their Names did appear as above and thereupon they were sworn and Charged and sent Out to Consider
soon after the Grand Jurors aforesaid being Impannelled sworn and Charged as aforesaid return hereinto
Court and being severally Called Over did appear and diliver to the same Court the Following presentments
against Eliz.a Fasit, Eliz.a Prise, Sarah Staples, Sarah Lasson, Priscilla Jones, Anthony
West and Philip Covington thereupon the Jurors aforesaid are discharged and Ordered that they be
allowed for their publick Service this Court Five hundred pounds of tobacco to be paid in the Laying
of the Levey and against the afd Eliz.a Fasit, Eliz.a Prise, Sarah Staples, Sarah Lawson, Priscilla Jones
Anthoney West and Philip Covington so as aforesaid presented  It is ordered that Capias Issue
Returnable to next Court &c

     To the worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County now in Court sitting the petition
of Thomas Brereton Humbly sheweth
                                              That whereas your petitioner has a tract of Land in this County Called High meadow
whose bounder your petitioner wants to be proved and further the tract of land Called Hopewell whereon
