219 Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of June then next to satisfie the same John of the debt and damages aforesaid whereof he is Convict &c Att which said third tuesday of June to witt the twentyeth day of the same month anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty two being the day of the return of the same writt Came the Said John Atkinson by in his proper person and the sher of Somerset County to whom the foregoing writt was directed comes and makes return of the same writt as followeth viz.t A Schedule of the Goods and Chattells of Tobias Pepper attached for the use of John Atkinson by me Jos Caldwell sher To the Value of £6..16 and D.o in tob.o 960 By Vertue of the annexed writt to me directed to the Justices thereunto named I Certifie that upon the 6.th day of may 1732 I attached of the Goods and Chattells of the within Mentioned Tobias Pepper to the value of 6..16.. and 960 pounds of tobacco then appraised RIchard Sturges McClintuck Porter, Sam.l Hosia and Ezekiell Claywell wittness Jos Caldwell sher
